Hi malika , i spoke to a while ago….about ACN and how the Magnetic sponsoring worked for you..

I have a few questions for you as my business is really struggling with my front line guys joing my organisation and then doing nothing.

Iam part of the red apple group with is with UN1 George and Arty ..My RVP is all into the teaching of george and Arty…but for me his teachings are falling short when i run out of warm market..and some guys are even put of by the way he presents,,,,i know you can say the wrong thing to the wrong person, and cant say the wrong thing the the wright person….but how can i get past that……

Also do you think the Magentic Sponsoring can work in Europe,,,iam from Northern Ireland so getting past the language barrier in europ and the distance to meet people is also going to be a problem….Do you know succesfull people in MLM that used Magentic sponsoring principles to grow thier business far better that the old school way.

Honestly what turned your business around and what was the time frame?

Do you think people here in europe can take the Mike dillard approach on board and be successfull.

I have been using magnetic sposoring priciples so far…be an affiliate of the MG site,,,,google adwrds and Adrite ads….and i have had about 30 prospects since starting but i sent them personalised replys and got no word back…how can i build a relationship with these people if they are in USA or Autralia or France..

I really need to get moving with this cause times are tough and i need money steadily hitting my bank account each month…..

I started ACN in June and so far its only cost me money and not made me any,,,,meanwhile i have An RVP chasing to attend Lisbon National Event…and then taking a Huff when i said i cant afford it…….What can i do??

Here’s My Reply:

Unfortunately, this is the story of many a distributor.  It’s been this way for a while now and only recently has the murmuring become definite steps to action.

What I would suggest to you is to go with your gut. Either that or quit and go with another industry besides network marketing.

This is because the majority of the other network marketing and MLM companies with still all try to convince you that being the "hunter" is the way of the wise.

"You’ve gotta talk to ‘x number’ of people per day in order to have success…" is what you will be told and trained regardless of the products services or company name.

To answer you question about weather other students are using what they have learned from Magnetic Sponsoring successfully, the answer is YES! Reps both overseas and nationally are having success when they learn how to market their business in an ‘lead attractive’ way instead of a ‘lead repellent’ way.

I am one of those students it is working for. I use it as both a monetization strategy as well as a teaching/coaching tool after it’s purchased by the new prospect.

With what I learned from Magnetic Sponsoring, I built my entire lead generation system. This includes my websites, ads, sales pages and also social networking groups.

But, I will tell you it came with a huge sacrifice of relationships that I’ve built over the years.

What I had to do was detach myself, and subsequently my entire organization, from ALL forms of previous prospecting training. That includes local weekly training, tele-phonic training, regional meetings and even the International events.

What goes on in the trainings are, in my humble opinion, pure bullshit when it comes to the meat a potatoes of running any successful business. This includes the leadership trainings when you are in the "executive" earned positions.

I learned absolutely nothing new in the 9 years that would help me recoup any of the money invested in travel, food and lodging so I figured, "What is the point?"

Yes, we would be motivated and inspired for a hot minute , but that external motivation stuff wears off quick. Then you’re left with the harsh reality: your success in business is directly related to your level of skill when it comes to sales and marketing.

Therefore, zero sales and marketing skills = zero money. The greater your understanding and diligent application, the deeper your pockets will be filled and your sales team aka downlines will be humming along.

Like you, other network marketers and those considering it as a career option DO NOT want to lose the friends, family, money and dignity for the sake of a pin or a ring and a prestigious "top earner" position.

Leveraging the Internet and the skills to help you master marketing like copywriting ,  content creation and basic human psychology you no longer have to!
