A customer comes into the Herb Store, they start looking around, 9 times out of ten they are needing assistant. We say, "How can we help you?". They end up turning around to the counter to face us and start telling us what they are looking for or what their need is. Even regular customers that know what they want come in and will be looking for the product they use and can't remember exactly where it was on the shelve. We say, " What can I help you with today?" and they say they are looking for their usually product but having a little trouble finding it. These words are powerful, when you use them to sincerely help people. This is our experience, we work with people everyday, they want to talk to us about Natural Health, and most of our customers come in waiting to hear the words, How can I help you today!
