I’m Baaaack! How I survived A 9 days Without Internet as an Internet Marketer

Evicted (sort of), "Unplugged" and reorganized all in the same week and still made sales and attracted leads

I was a complete nightmare! I had to move with only 3 days notice.

Besides the fact that I HATE moving (My hubby is a pack rat and never know what should get tossed until it’s too heavy for he man to lift) moving in a flash has many cons. I was in for a rather sweet surprise :-)

It All Starts With Our Real Estate Investing Adventures

After 6 months of being on the market with owner financing, one would be buyer who disappeared and another who wanted to buy in all cash with no money, someone came with a check on Friday and said, "I only have ’til Monday in my hotel".

If it wasn’t for the fact that I had swapped houses with my parents in order to make a good show (interpret: No kids, no mess), this would have been easier. Actually, if our occupant would have given us more notice this would have been a lot easier…

But I digress.

I point is I was in the middle of a newsletter redo and optin form redesign when this bomb was dropped on me, my family and my Internet marketing business.

Imagine, an unplanned 9 days with no Internet, email or office phone on top of having to move two 3,000 s.f. homes around and make one of them squeeze into a 1200sf apartment! Yowzers!!

Did I mention all this with the kids and school? Eeeek! Thank God for the break on presidents day.

I had to use the computers in the "business center" of our new complex when I was informed by my at&t customer service rep that it wasn’t going to be until Tuesday Feb 17th that I would have Internet service.

This only happened in spurts since I was so focused on packing, moving and unpacking and still trying to cook dinner and other mother/wife related duties.

… And Ending With My Internet Marketing Adventures

The cool part is, I still made money!

The way I used to run my business just 18 months ago any unplanned emergencies (what an oxymoron!) would halt every and all money making processes.

Now, with the automated lead generation and sales systems I put in place on the Internet emergency moves are minor bumps in the road.

Couple that with the ezine and optin form redos I can now upload since I got my Internet marketing mojo back and I may have to plan more "emergencies"… but I still hate moving.

Talk more soon,

Malika

Wow! Sounds like an incredibly taxing and challenging 9 days! Hopefully, you’ll get settled quickly. Very cool about the income continuing. I really need to set up something that good. ;)

    Be well,
